Customers can access the Royal Bank of Scotland’s services by using online and telephone banking or by visiting one of their branches throughout the UK. The Royal Bank of Scotland also offers a mobile banking service. This is not, as you might imagine, facilities to use your mobile phone to check balances, etc…. It is instead a custom fitted van, 13 of them in fact, that visit rural parts of Scotland to bring the bank to the customer.
